NEXT TIME U FIND YOURSELF GETTING BORED - MAKE A DOCUMENTARY IN YOUR HEAD - U R THE ONLY AUDIENCE MEMBER & U R ALSO THE FILMMAKER - DONT TELL ANY1 U HAPPEN TO BE W/ WHAT U R DOING WHILE U R DOING IT - WHEREEVER U HAPPEN TO BE - GET A BUZZ ON IN WHATEVER FASHION FLOATS YOUR BOAT OR DONT - DONT TALK UNLESS U R ASKED A DIRECT QUESTION & ONLY ANSWER A QUESTION ASKED IN AS FEW WORDS AS POSSIBLE - YOUR EYES R THE CAMERA - YOUR EARS R THE SOUND - PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT IS BEING SAID BY OTHER PEOPLE AROUND U - IF U R NOT ALONE U HAVE A MAIN CAST - A SUPPORTING CAST & EXTRAS - IF U R ALONE U R SHOOTING BROLL - IF THERE IS MUSIC PLAYING U HAVE A SCORE TO CUT TO - MAKE SURE TO GET AS MUCH COVERAGE AS U NEED TO MAKE IT INTERESTING - IF SOME1  IS TALKING TO U LOOK @ THEIR EYES OR THEIR MOUTH AS THEY TALK BUT ALSO BE SURE TO LOOK AWAY EVERY NOW & THEN TO GET SOME REACTION SHOTS OF OTHER PEOPLE IN THE CONVERSATION OR JUST TO GET SOME BROLL - SEE HOW LONG U CAN DO IT- HAVE FUN W/ IT & MODIFY YOUR SHOOTING TECHNIQUE AS U SEE FIT - PEACE

The goal must be stated at the beginning of any endeavor - my goal here is peace - here peace only comes from peace of mind & the mind is naturally abstract - I want the mind to be concrete - peace of mind requires that my mind not be conflicted - in order for my mind not to be conflicted what I think I know & what I think I perceive must be true - what is true is always true & must be true for everyone all the time - e.g. I know it's always now b/c it's true for everyone all the time - when is it not now except in my mind - truth is universal - truth is one in spirit - in order for what I know & what I perceive to be true I must be honest w/ myself - honesty means that nothing I think contradicts what I say or do - if I’m honest w/ myself I will naturally be honest w/ everyone else & my mind will never be conflicted - it takes time to learn how to do this w/o forgetting - it's what I am here to remember - I only forget to remember better - I have as much time as I need to remember - to remember means I must already know - firsthand experience is the best teacher - everyone teaches & everyone learns - giving & receiving happen @ the same time - I teach what I learn & I learn what I teach - this can't be done alone - 2 by 2 we all must enter the ark of the covenant - I must learn to forgive myself when I forget - I can only accomplish this by first forgiving others when they forget - this must be done by example - I don't need to tell someone I forgive them - I need to show them whatever they think or I think they did had no real effect - that's what it means to turn the other cheek - I know I cannot serve 2 masters & remain @ peace - no sacrifice is asked of me - is it really a sacrifice to give up nothing -  I am the master of my domain - I was given dominion - I am the Kingdom - my body is the temple - my mind is the altar - the altar makes the temple Holy - not the other way around - my spirit is a flaming sword which turns every which way & keeps the fire burning - having & being are 1 & the same – this can only be accepted or denied - peace
